The month couldn't have started stronger last year as I photographed model Taryn with makeup and hair by Katelyn Simkins in my studio. As we went through Taryn's wardrobe, we chose what would come to be known as "The Yellow Shirt." This was my favorite image from the day; it just felt like everything came together in this picture.I later photographed aspiring model Stephanie. Even now, her eyes still remind me of Elizabeth Hurley.
The biggest thing I did in May, however, was photograph Allison and Tom's wedding in Durango, Colorado. Allison and I have been friends since high school, so photographing her wedding meant a lot.
